Cardio Tonus

Interval class, combining aerobic and strength training segment. Instructor's choice of either as circuit or aerobic/strength training and may vary.

Pilates

Cours musculaire, sur musique de détente, incluant des segments d’étirements. Renforcement du tronc et de la flexibilité, peut être également fait avec des accessoires de poids légers et de ballons. Fait diminuer les maux de dos.

Aerobic

Spinning

It's a group activity on stationary bikes, everyone pedals at full speed following the frenzied pace of our teachers who will know how to push you beyond your limits, to the rhythm of exciting and motivating music.
